Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
You may try to run the Internet Connection troubleshooter to check for any Internet connectivity issues.
a. Press the 'Windows logo key on the keyboard; this will bring the search interface.
b. Click 'Troubleshooting' in the search result.
c. Under 'Troubleshoot computer problem' click on 'Network and Internet'.
d. Click on 'Internet Connection' to start the troubleshooter.

Internet connection is no problem. But when I add the Google account, after a few seconds and during typing email address, this error is show.

I have the same problem.
with microsoft accounts i have no problem. when I select the Google account, few seconds later this error is show

Microsoft feedback wasn't helpful. The following steps eventually worked for me.
Reset the Windows store cache which has become corrupt (these are for windows 10 - you'll have to Google or Bing for Windows 8x steps):
- Hit Windows key + R
- Type WSreset.exe
- A command prompt window will appear without any instructions. Eventually it will disappear and the Windows Store will open. This apparently clears the cache without deleting any programs or changing any settings.
Now, try to connect your Google calendar again. You may have to try it a couple more times, but then it should work.

This solution didn't work for me. However what really did work as a charm for me was to simply selecting another account instead of Google and fill in my gmail email address.

Hi
I want to when add Google Mail in Mail app on windows 10, it shows: "We can't connect to the service you need right now. Check your network connection or try this again later."

Well I'm guessing but do you happen to live in Iran? If yes that is the problem. I can't explain why it happens only when adding a Google account since neither Google or MS have a problem with Iranian users connecting, perhaps filtering is the culprit. Anyway you can use a vpn with Explorer or use "other account" to add an Email account. "other account" however didn't quite work for me since later on it started giving me an "outdated" error. Good luck

Athenticating through "other account" would be unsafe and has to be through Google open authentication which still has problem connecting!
